1 - By the end of this month, we will surpass 30 units that have been renovated and tenanted at market rate.
2 - We have 10 units available with 6 in the queue to renovate. Currently 8 applications in review.  
3 - 19 exterior doors, 5 boilers, 24 laundry units, full property asphalt replacement, entryway overhangs redesigned, hallway LED lighting & paint,

PROGRESS SUMMARY AS OF 11/10/23

  • 33 units turned by mid-November with another 8 planned by end of 2023. There have been 18 new move ins at or above market rate, 3 boilers replaced with 4 more scheduled for install by end of 2023. Parking lot resurfacing was completed and looks stunning. Landscaping install phase 1 completed. There are 19 of 36 exterior/common area doors replaced with 12 new entryway canopies. This complex is really transforming!
